Hi, we've had a few queries about delivery times, photo publishing policies, etc, so we have now centralised all of these details and various information into this one Terms & Conditions Page.

DELIVERY

Generally the bears get to Tanya within 14 days, however if the maker is really busy it may occasionally take up to 21 days for her to receive the bear. As soon as Tanya gets your bear she will post it onto you, together with the certificate and candle that are included as a gift.

Hopefully (post allowing) you should get everything within 21 days, but we would ask that you please allow  28 days when ordering just to be on the safe side. If you do need your bear urgently for a special day or anything, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this if at all possible.
Tanya will contact you once she has posted it all to you, so that you know to start looking out in the post for it. We'd be really grateful if you could confirm once you have received them so that we know if everything is ok or not. Thanks!


PUBLISHING PHOTOS OF YOUR BEARS BY US/YOU


We do take photos of all the bears, certificates, and candles before they are sent.  This is for our own records and just in case something goes wrong with the post.  These are often published in the Bears of Comfort photo albums on Facebook and/or in this blog and therefore they can be seen by anyone.  You may of course publish photos of your bears anywhere you like.  Please be aware that the designs of the bears' hoodies do belong to Tanya Pearson/Bears of Comfort. 

However, if you do not want photos of your of bear to be published then please let us know!  We will then ensure that they are kept private for you.  If you do not tell us then we cannot be held responsible for publishing them.
